What is included in an interior detail?
Vacuum, carpet and seat shampoo, full wipe-down of all interior surfaces, glass, and a light odor neutralizer. If you have pet hair, deep stains, or strong odors, we recommend the matching add-on.
Can you get pet hair out of the seats and carpet?
Yes. The pet hair add-on covers heavily embedded hair on cloth seats and carpet, including dog beds in the cargo area. We pull what the vacuum can not.
Is the cleaner safe on leather and stitching?
Yes. We use leather-safe cleaners and a soft brush, then condition to keep the leather supple. We avoid harsh degreasers that dry out the surface.
How long does the interior take to dry?
Plan on a few hours of dry time after we leave, especially for shampooed carpet. We crack a window if it is sunny so the cabin airs out faster.
Will it remove old coffee or food stains?
Most fresh stains come out cleanly. Older or set-in stains usually fade significantly but may not lift completely. The stain treatment add-on gives the best chance on stubborn marks.
